Around 90 % of the Prezis we create are based on an existing PowerPoint. Fixed prices from €3,000 (excl. VAT). You get the finished Prezi fully editable in your own Prezi account. - URL: https://mcprezi.com/en/presentation-design/convert-powerpoint-to-prezi/ - Language: en - Last updated: 2026-10-26 - Author: Michael Sinnhuber (MCPREZI) - Deutsch: https://mcprezi.com/praesentationsdesign/powerpoint-in-prezi/ > You imported your slides into Prezi. Now you have **the same slides, just with zooms in between.** > > A real Prezi doesn't come from an import. It comes from a new structure. That's exactly what we build. ## Why an import isn't enough Prezi can import PowerPoint files. But the result is rarely a Prezi. It's a stack of slides on a canvas: old wine in new bottles. ### A new structure From one-after-another to the big picture. Slides tell things in sequence. Prezi shows the whole first. That's why we reorganise your content before we design anything. ### A story, not slides Every zoom has a reason. We turn your content into a storyline that guides your audience. Zooms and transitions follow that story. ### Less text, more impact Strictly no bullet points. Lists become images, graphics and clear messages. You say the rest, instead of your audience reading along. ## What you get - **[A new Prezi built on your content](#ablauf):** Your work isn't lost. The content, figures and images from your PowerPoint remain the foundation. The presentation is new. - **[Your corporate design on the canvas](https://mcprezi.com/en/presentation-design/prezi/):** We carry over your colours, fonts and logo, so the Prezi fits with the rest of your materials, even though it works very differently. ## Prezi examples from client projects Around 90 % of our Prezis start life as an existing PowerPoint. Many presentations are confidential, so they stay under wraps. - SunExpress (Company presentation) - Bilfinger (Sales and product presentation) - Ottakringer (Company presentation) - viadonau (Project and strategy presentation) - Henkel (Sales and product presentation) - PAGO (Company presentation) [See all Prezi examples](https://mcprezi.com/en/work-examples/) ## How your PowerPoint becomes a Prezi 1. **Free call & quote** (free) – Send us your PowerPoint and tell us your goal, your audience and the occasion. You get a fixed-price quote. 2. **Concept & storyline** – We go through your content, sharpen the key message and build the structure for the canvas: what sits in the overview and where we zoom in. 3. **Prezi design** – We design the new Prezi in your corporate design, with images and graphics instead of bullet points. 4. **Feedback** – You review every draft through a view-only link. Then we refine it together until it's exactly right. 5. **Handover** – Once you've signed off in writing, we transfer the Prezi to your own Prezi account, fully editable. Want to rehearse? We'll do that with you too. ## Key facts - **Price:** Fixed price from €3,000 (excl. The same as a new Prezi: fixed prices from €3,000 (excl. VAT). That's because we don't transfer slide by slide; we redevelop the structure, storyline and design. After a free call, you get a quote for your project. ### Can't I just import my PowerPoint into Prezi? Technically, yes. But you'll end up with your slides on a canvas, with zooms between them. A presentation like that doesn't use what makes Prezi strong: the big picture and zooming into the details. ### How long does the conversion take? Usually 1 to 2 weeks for shorter presentations, 3 to 4 weeks for more extensive ones. Up against a deadline? We can deliver within days, with an express surcharge of 50 to 100 %. ### Will my content be preserved? Yes. Your content, figures and images are the foundation. We sharpen, shorten and reorganise them so they work in Prezi. Anything we cut or change, we agree with you first. ### Will I be able to edit the Prezi myself? Yes. Once you've signed off in writing, we transfer the Prezi to your own Prezi account, fully editable. You'll need a Prezi account for that; we'll help you pick the right licence on the free call. ### Does it work the other way round, from Prezi to PowerPoint? Prezi can export a presentation as a PowerPoint file itself. However, it's a static file that can't be edited in PowerPoint, without animations, videos or zooms. Our article on [converting Prezi to PowerPoint](https://mcprezi.com/en/blog/convert-prezi-to-powerpoint/) shows how. If you need a real, editable PowerPoint, we'll design it from scratch. Learn more about [PowerPoint design](https://mcprezi.com/en/presentation-design/powerpoint/). ### Will our material stay confidential? Always. Discretion is the foundation of what we do. The figures, strategies and internal information in your presentation stay with us. ## Ready to turn your PowerPoint into a Prezi?
