# Prezi Video: presentations where you stay in the picture > With Prezi Video, you appear on screen while you present, right alongside your content, instead of disappearing behind a shared screen. It works live in online meetings and as a recorded video. To work well, the presentation has to be built differently: the content must not cover you. MCPREZI designs new presentations for Prezi Video or adapts existing Prezis and PowerPoints for it. Fixed prices from €3,000 (excl. VAT) for a new presentation, with a short onboarding session included. - URL: https://mcprezi.com/en/presentation-design/convert-prezi-to-video/ - Language: en - Last updated: 2026-10-25 - Author: Michael Sinnhuber (MCPREZI) - Deutsch: https://mcprezi.com/praesentationsdesign/prezi-in-video/ > In an online meeting, you share your screen. From that moment on, people see your slides, **but they no longer see you.** > > With Prezi Video, you stay in the picture, right inside your presentation. Your audience sees your content and you. ## Where Prezi Video works best Wherever people listen to you on a screen rather than sitting across the table. ### Online meetings Stay present, even through a screen. For sales calls, pitches and presentations on Zoom, Teams and the like. You talk to your audience instead of hiding behind slides. ### Recorded videos Explain without being there live every time. For your website, sales, training and social media. You're in the picture, not just a voice off-screen. ### Designed with you in the frame Content that leaves room for you. A Prezi Video presentation is built differently: graphics and text sit next to you, not on top of you. That's exactly what we design. ## Prezi Video: what we create for you - **[A new presentation for Prezi Video](#ablauf):** From storyline to design, built from the start so there's room for you alongside your content. - **[Adapt an existing Prezi or PowerPoint](#adapting-an-existing-presentation-for-prezi-video):** Already have a presentation? We rework it so it works in Prezi Video and doesn't cover you up. ## Adapting an existing presentation for Prezi Video Already have a Prezi or PowerPoint and want to use it with Prezi Video? Simply opening it isn't enough. **Classic presentations fill the entire screen**, leaving no room for you. We rework your presentation so content and presenter work together: less at once, clear areas for text and graphics, room for you. Your content remains the foundation. And yes, you get a fixed-price quote for this after the free call, too. ## Prezi Video examples Both presentations were built for Prezi Video: the content leaves room for the person on screen. - RMS (Sales and product presentation) - Webinar by Michael Sinnhuber (Prezi Video) [See all Prezi examples](https://mcprezi.com/en/work-examples/) ## How your Prezi Video presentation comes together 1. **Free call & quote** (free) – Tell us your goal, your audience and how you want to use Prezi Video: live in meetings, as a recording or both. Prezi Video is a Prezi feature that puts you on screen while you present, together with your content. You can use it to present live in online meetings or to record your presentation and save it as a video. ### Can I convert a Prezi to video myself? Yes. Prezi can save presentations as video itself, so you don't need an agency for that. But if you want to appear on screen, the presentation has to be built for it. Otherwise the content covers you, or you cover the content. That's where we help. ### How much does a Prezi Video presentation cost? A new presentation costs the same as a Prezi: from €3,000 (excl. VAT). For adapting an existing Prezi or PowerPoint, you'll get a fixed-price quote after the free call, depending on scope. ### Is onboarding included? A short onboarding session is included: we show you how to present with your presentation in online meetings and how to save it as a video. If you need more support, for an important meeting or several recordings, for example, we'll include it in your fixed-price quote. ### Which online meeting tools does Prezi Video work with? Prezi Video integrates with the common online meeting tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet. We'll help you pick the right Prezi licence on the free call. ### Can I also practise presenting on camera? Yes. If you want to come across confidently and convincingly on camera, you can train with Michael Sinnhuber in his [coaching for video and social media](https://michaelsinnhuber.com/en/public-speaking-coaching/video-social-media/). ## Want to stay visible in your presentation?
