2. **Concept & storyline** – Before we design, we define the key message, structure and storyline. That becomes the plan for the canvas: what sits in the overview and where we zoom in.
3. **Prezi design** – We bring the storyline to the canvas in your corporate design, with images, graphics and video wherever they carry the message.
4. **Feedback** – You review every draft through a view-only link. Then we refine it together until it's exactly right.

### How much does Prezi design cost?

Our fixed prices start at €3,000 (excl. VAT). After a free call, you get a quote for your project. It covers everything from concept and drafts through feedback rounds to handover.

### How long does it take?

Simpler Prezis are usually ready in 1 to 2 weeks, more extensive ones in 3 to 4 weeks. Up against a deadline? We can deliver within days, with an express surcharge of 50 to 100 %.

### Will I be able to edit the Prezi myself?

Yes. Once you've signed off in writing, we transfer the Prezi to your own Prezi account, fully editable. Until then it stays in our account and you review it through a view-only link.

### Do I need my own Prezi account?

Yes, you'll need a Prezi account for the handover. We'll help you pick the right licence on the free call.

### Prezi or PowerPoint: which is better?

### Can you turn my PowerPoint into a Prezi?

### Can I present my Prezi offline?

Yes, with a paid Prezi licence. You can either present directly in the Prezi app for Windows or Mac, or download your presentation as a standalone file that runs without Prezi installed. You can also download a Prezi as a PDF, but without the zooms and animations.

### Do you work with international clients?

Yes. Most projects run via video call and email, for clients across Austria, Germany, Switzerland and beyond, in English or German.
