You sense there’s more to it.

Your presentation is finished — but something isn’t quite right. Maybe it’s the design. Maybe the structure. Maybe the core message that gets lost somewhere between slides 7 and 12. More often than not it’s all three at once, and that’s exactly what makes it so hard to know where to start.

A Presentation Check gives you a clear, independent outside perspective within a few days: what’s already working, where the critical levers are and what you should tackle first. No lengthy consultation, no big project — a structured analysis, straight to the point.

What’s included in your check

Written Analysis

Structured assessment of your presentation across three dimensions: content, structure and design. Delivered as an Audit Report in MCPREZI layout — ready to share with your team.

Video Walkthrough

A 10 to 15-minute screen recording where I guide you through your presentation slide by slide, pointing out the critical moments directly. No abstract feedback — concrete and visual.

Why a check with MCPREZI & What is evaluated

Most presentation feedback stays on the surface — it critiques colors and fonts but misses the actual impact layer. A good check needs to take three perspectives simultaneously: what is being said, how it is structured and how it is visually executed. Content – Structure – Design

For many years I have been developing presentations with MCPREZI for clients across a wide range of industries — from the boardroom and sales floor to the keynote stage.

Your check benefits from exactly this experience: the hands-on depth of a specialized agency and a clear methodological framework that works independently of the tool you use.

What is being said?

The core message needs to be clear within seconds — and it needs to speak to the right audience.

Assessed criteria:

  • Clarity and relevance of the core message
  • Fit with target audience and occasion
  • Visible benefit for the listener
  • Clarity of the call-to-action

How is it structured?

A compelling presentation follows a recognizable narrative arc, from introduction to body to conclusion.

Assessed criteria:

  • Central theme and logical structure
  • Narrative arc, story and suspense
  • Weighting of individual content
  • Volume of content in relation to speaking time

How is it visually executed?

Design is not decoration – it is the visual translation of your message.

Assessed criteria:

  • Visual hierarchy and eye movement
  • Readability of fonts, contrast, and text volume
  • Consistency in colors, typography, and spacing
  • Visual language, icons, and slide layout

In a word – ALL OF THEM! Whether your presentation was created in PowerPoint (PPTX), PDF, Keynote, Prezi, Canva, Presono, Gamma or any other tool, we accept both files and links to online presentations. The evaluation is independent of the presentation tool used. What matters is the content, structure and design – not the software.
