Board meetings and reporting: complex matters, made clear
MCPREZI designs presentations for executive boards, supervisory boards, management, project reports and study results. Decision-makers have little time and plenty of paperwork. So we distil figures, strategies and projects until the essentials are understood within minutes and a decision becomes possible. Discretion goes without saying. In Prezi or PowerPoint, fixed prices from €3,000 (excl. VAT).
Twenty minutes on the agenda, sixty slides in the deck. And by slide eight the chair asks: “So what exactly are we deciding today?”
When you present to decision-makers, you don't need to show everything, just the right things.
The board and leadership presentations we build
For presentations inside your organisation that end with a decision.
-
Executive and supervisory boards
Ready to decide within minutes.
Strategies, investments and proposals prepared so the board understands what's at stake and what the options are.
-
Projects and strategies
Where we stand, where we're heading.
For project reports, strategy retreats and presentations to management and owners.
-
Studies and reports
Hundreds of pages, one clear message.
Surveys, analyses and reports presented so every target group takes away the findings that matter to them.
Project and strategy presentation examples
Presentations for projects, strategies and studies that we're allowed to show. Many board presentations are confidential.
A 200-page study, understood in minutes
For the Pinzgau Opportunity Index (“Chancenindex Pinzgau”), the results of an extensive study by the University of Vienna filled around 200 pages. Hardly anyone would have read them all. We turned them into a Prezi in which the key target groups find the results that matter to them quickly and directly, and actually understand them.
That’s what presentations for decision-makers are all about: the big picture first, details where they’re needed.
Internal presentations that change your standing
Two employees of a large public administration took a Prezi training with us. Afterwards, they built their internal presentations themselves, so convincingly that they gained a whole new standing within their organisation. People who present clearly and confidently in-house are perceived differently, and are more likely to get backing for their projects.

Someone who knows the other side of the table
Michael Sinnhuber is managing director of Mittersill Plus GmbH and sits on the supervisory board of Ferienregion Nationalpark Hohe Tauern GmbH. So he knows board presentations not only as a designer, but also as a listener who has to decide. With MCPREZI he has developed more than 1,000 presentations.
“Mr Sinnhuber is a proven Prezi expert and knows how to present ‘seemingly’ complicated matters in a simple, structured way.”
Frequently asked questions
How much does a board presentation cost?
Our fixed prices start at €3,000 (excl. VAT). After a free call, you get a quote for your project.
How confidential is the work?
Completely. Figures, strategies and internal information stay with us. We only show presentations with explicit consent.
Prezi or PowerPoint for boards?
For documents that are sent out in advance, annotated and filed, PowerPoint is often the practical choice. For the presentation in the meeting itself, Prezi has more impact because the board keeps the big picture in view. Sometimes a combination makes sense.
What happens to all the details?
They don't disappear; they move to the right place. The presentation contains what's needed for the decision. The details go into the appendix or a document to read afterwards.
Can our team build presentations like this themselves in the future?
Yes. We have trained staff at a large public administration in Prezi, who then designed their internal presentations themselves. Just ask us about it in the free call.
What should be decided after your presentation?
Tell us on a free call who you're presenting to and what it's about. You'll get a fixed-price quote right after.
