Pitch deck design for the moment that decides everything
MCPREZI designs pitch decks and investor presentations for start-ups and companies, for tenders, competitions and juries. Our pitch decks have helped win contracts and funding worth six, seven and eight figures, including a €95 million contract over five years. First comes the storyline that guides the decision-maker, then the design in Prezi or PowerPoint. Fixed prices from €3,000 (excl. VAT).
You're the fourth of four bidders. The jury has already sat through three presentations and is thinking about lunch.
A pitch isn't a talk, it's a decision. Whoever they remember is whoever wins.

Pitches that were won
Pitches we have built with MCPREZI have won contracts and funding worth six, seven and eight figures. Our biggest pitch landed a €95 million contract, spread over five years. Every time, the difference wasn’t just the product. It was how it was presented.
Take the start-up farmlifes: its pitch doesn’t open with numbers, but with a short explainer story, much like an explainer video. Only once everyone understands the problem does the solution appear.
Last in line
One of Michael’s own pitches was for a new corporate design for an IT company in Vienna. Together with a graphic designer friend, he was up against three strong competitors, and he was last. He was greeted with: “We’re curious now, the bar is already set very high.”
Everyone else showed their designs. But we had discovered something that wasn’t in the brief at all: the existing logo was misleading and no longer fitted the company. So we started with a short story that made exactly this problem visible, and only then presented our proposal. We won the contract. What tipped it was a solution to a problem the company didn’t even know it had.
A job application is a pitch too
When you apply for a job, you’re selling yourself. Application presentations we have designed have landed their senders jobs, because they were fresh, creative and different from the usual CV. One example is the Prezi application from the hospitality industry.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pitch deck cost?
Our fixed prices start at €3,000 (excl. VAT). After a free call, you get a quote for your pitch. It covers everything from key message and storyline to the final presentation.
How fast can you deliver when the deadline is tight?
Pitches often come with short deadlines. We've turned presentations around in three days when it really mattered. For express projects we charge a surcharge of 50 to 100 %, depending on scope and timeline.
What's the difference between a pitch deck and an investor presentation?
The terms are often used interchangeably. A pitch deck is usually shorter and built for one specific pitch moment. An investor presentation often contains more background, for example to read after the meeting. We create both and tell you in the free call which one you need.
Prezi or PowerPoint for my pitch?
For a live pitch we usually recommend Prezi: the overview and the zooms stay in people's minds, and you can respond flexibly to questions. If the deck has to be sent out in advance or edited by many people, PowerPoint is often more practical. We'll tell you straight which one fits.
Will my pitch stay confidential?
Yes, always. The business ideas, figures and strategies in your pitch stay with us. We only show examples with our clients' consent.
Can I also rehearse my delivery?
Yes. A great deck is half the battle; the other half is how you deliver it. Michael Sinnhuber trains you for that in his pitch training.
When is your pitch?
Tell us on a free call what's at stake and who decides. You'll get a fixed-price quote right after, with an express option if needed.
