Sales and product presentation design: sell the problem you solve

MCPREZI designs sales and product presentations for client meetings, product launches and sales teams. Instead of product features, the presentation opens with your client's challenge, then shows how your product solves it. Especially for complex, premium-priced products, that's the difference between a price debate and a signed deal. In Prezi or PowerPoint, fixed prices from €3,000 (excl. VAT).

Your product beats everything on the market. And yet at the end of the presentation, all anyone talks about is the price.

It's rarely the product, usually the order. Show the problem first and you sell the solution.

What we build sales presentations for

For every meeting that should end with a purchase, an order or a signature.

  1. Client meetings and proposals

    From interest to contract.

For prospecting, proposal meetings and online calls with new clients. The presentation guides your counterpart step by step towards a decision.

  2. Product launches

    Make the complex simple.

For new products and technical solutions that cost more than the competition, so they have to win people over, inside and outside your company.

  3. Presentations for sales teams

Everyone tells the same strong story.

For field sales, dealers and partners who present your product when you're not in the room.

140 slides and still no deal

A major manufacturer had developed a new product for livestock farming, with a clear advantage over every competing product, but also a significantly higher price. Fifteen clinical studies confirmed it worked. It should have sold itself. And yet the team lost its audience in every presentation, and in the end the only topic was why the product was so expensive.

The presentation ran to around 140 slides. First came the company, then the product in every last detail, and only around slide 40 the actual benefit. After that, the studies filled roughly 70 slides. Everything revolved around the company and its product, nothing around the customer.

We flipped the order and put the customers’ challenges first: losses in the barn, animal welfare, feed costs. Then came the key message: fewer losses, better animal welfare and higher output for the same amount of feed. Only then came the proof. Same content, different focus, and suddenly everything worked the way it should. Michael Sinnhuber also tells this story in his book “3, 2, 1… Reden ist jetzt Deins” (roughly: “3, 2, 1… the stage is yours”).

Frequently asked questions

How much does a sales or product presentation cost?

Our fixed prices start at €3,000 (excl. VAT). After a free call, you get a quote for your project, from concept to finished presentation.

Why should the client's problem come first?

Because your audience listens when it's about their own problem and switches off when it's about you first. Show the challenge and you earn attention for the solution. And the better the solution fits the problem, the less the price matters.

Does this work for technical products too?

Especially there. The more explanation a product needs, the more important a clear order becomes: problem, solution, proof. The technical details stay in, but where they back up the benefit.

Prezi or PowerPoint for sales?

Prezi is strong in face-to-face meetings because it allows conversational presenting: with a few clicks you jump to whatever your client is interested in right now, and back to the overview. PowerPoint is practical when many people in sales adapt the deck or send it out as a document. We'll tell you straight which one fits.

Can we use the presentation online?

Yes. We build it for meetings in person, for online calls or for both. If you want to stay visible on screen in online meetings, use Prezi Video.

What should your client do after the meeting?

Tell us on a free call what you sell and to whom. You'll get a fixed-price quote right after.
