For the Hofburg conference centre in Vienna, MCPREZI designed a company presentation in Prezi that doubles as a sales presentation. The sales team uses it directly in client consultations, clicking straight to the rooms that fit each client's event plans. The current version was rebuilt from the original Prezi Classic presentation.

The brief
The Hofburg in Vienna is a one-of-a-kind event venue with many rooms for conferences and events. But in a sales conversation, not every room matters. What matters is the one that fits the client’s event.
Our solution
We designed a company presentation that doubles as a sales tool. In consultations, the sales team clicks straight to the rooms that best match the client’s event plans. So the presentation follows the conversation, not the other way round.
We rebuilt the current version from the original presentation in Prezi Classic.
